Tiffany's Bistro in Sliema tasked us with improving the operations at their restaurant.

The vast fresh menu, multiple restaurant areas, and delivery orders meant the staff needed to stay on top of everything going in and out of the kitchen and bar at all times. Without the right technology, this was becoming a strain on the staff.

By installing the PI POS, and providing the staff with handheld devices, everyone at the restaurant could know exactly what orders were being placed, ready to go out, and table availability. This drastically improved the staff's performance and ensured the team had more time to spend with their customers. It also improved the kitchen's efficiency in ensuring the food always left the kitchen in time.
